We wreck things, on purpose of course. In our world it's called" soft" demolition, between demo people it's known as Guts. That's because "soft demolition" refers typically to interior work as in removing a store from a mall in the middle of night. Or the interior of a multi story office building  "gutting out" of improvements  and leaving nothing but a shell so a new tenant can build out and move right in.
